She's got a pretty average American accent, again, her speech miiiiight come across as a bit less casual than a more modern American speaker would be used to, she rarely cusses in public, etc.

SCENT

She usually wears perfume - not super high end, just a department store brand, but certainly she's got perfume on. It's not too flowery or sickly-sweet, Virginia is more subtle than that.
