Desired CR: I want everything, but as I expect a lot of his initial encounters to be on the slightly antagonistic side (he’s grumpy), I love to seek out people he might get along with or tolerate, too. He’s a hardcore military-type and does well with other hardcore military-types, mercenaries, or fellow professionals, if only because they might *~*~*understand each other*~*~*. Most neutral encounters will probably be awkward because he’s awkward, but that’s okay because I love awkward.
He's lived through a pretty horrific war, got betrayed and blown up, and he's a gr8 compartmentalizer. He still thinks he’s been kidnapped. You need dadly advice about how to fight things? He's got it. Hijikata here is a fellow Moon Knight (and a samurai cop back home) and also kind of disgruntled about having to start out as a bottom-rank scrub! Since he already looks like a dog, he doesn't change much visually (other than getting some black tips to his ears and limbs, and becoming almost feathery in his pelt's texture), but he becomes a bit more flirtatious and daring. However, after some misuse of a few Dusklight Bracelets, he now has to deal with the super speed, super metabolism, and pleasant pheromone aura at all times instead of just during the moonrise. A sliiiight miscalculation on his part, admittedly.
Desired CR: Anything and everything! Fellow tech-heads always have a good starting point, as do other strong personalities-- people he can butt heads with, people able to get under his skin a little bit. That sort of thing! Also, dog lovers. That goes without saying.
Future Plans: I've been neglecting the mechanical business he has going with Pidge, so I'm looking into ways to expand his involvement there-- or to just get him involved in someone else's strangeness. I'd definitely like for him to start meeting new people, and especially to find more excuses to put his mecha to use. Even if it's frivolous use. Especially if it's frivolous use.

It looks like Konoha hits a lot of things that I would adore to have CR wise.
With a strong emphasis on a cheerful little sister. Hawke comes from a decent sized family and she once had a cheerful little sister of her own. I just think it would be wonderful for her to have another sisterly presence in her life. And it sounds like Konoha could use some negativity and perhaps a little chaos!

I'm sooo behind on the money Hijikata said he'd make for Robotnik's drone research when they met at the farmer's market in May... it's just that soon afterwards one of his moonlacing partners and his shitty little subordinate took a combined 75% of all the Chroma he made off him, and we're still threading that latter part out because we're slow as heck!
Long story short, I may slide into Robotnik's inbox with a backdated thread sooner or later if that works for you. Hijikata really thinks Lunatia needs those drones!

I haven't really played much with the possessive and territorial side of her Moonblessing temperament, so I'd love for Rey to get more physical with people (i.e. more affectionate, snake tail coiling around them, etc).
Overall I feel like this will be a good opportunity to have her confront her feelings with being on the receiving end of intimacy. She does have some trauma in regards to that (it's detailed a little more on her Prisma permissions in the shipping column), and it'd be nice if she could have someone she can open up to more.
Additionally she helps out at the Tsurugi Farmstead, and she's considering picking up other odd jobs as well because she spends way too much time salivating over Prismagram food blogs than she does actually get the Chroma to eat. She mostly hangs out in Level 3, by the by.

I have Dave Strider (21) ofgarbage pile Homestuck and Tomura Shigaraki (20) from My Hero Academia. Dave is more likely to be harder to get to draw a sword unless he's feeling he needs to, or feels he wants to, but Shigaraki might be able to be convinced just to see how good someone is. Shigaraki's abilities and Dave's isn't so fancy right now. In basics Dave's an immortal time god with super strength and super speed. So he'd stand a better chance against Hiei I think than Shigaraki depending on how things would go.
Fights aside, general CR or worked toward CR is just as fine with me if you're keen. If not I am still excited to see someone playing Hiei, please keep being awesome!
